Please note: All conference fees above are in US dollars. Please read carefully the information below.

Exchange rates may vary. To check current exchange rates, please ask your bank or visit a web-based currency converter, for example, oanda.com  , x-rates.com, or your preferred converter service.

Conference fee
The conference fee includes access to the full conference program, lunches and coffee breaks according to the program, as well as conference material. 

Payment
Payment must be made before the conference. Payment can be made by credit card or e-check.

Delegates from USA

• All payments must be made in US dollars
• USA delegates can choose to pay either by credit card or e-check 

Delegates from outside USA

• All payments must be made in US dollars,
• Delegates from outside the USA can choose to pay either by credit card or e-check.
• Please note that we accept the following credit cards: VISA, Master Card and American Express.
• Your credit card must be connected to 3D Secure and verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode. Your bank can help you check that your card is connected or help you to connect it.
• Credit card payment is implemented through AUTORISED.NET., a payment solution for secure online payment.

Confirmation
You will receive a confirmation email from Iris registration.

Conditions for cancellation, refunds, and changes

Changes or cancellations
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to the conference secretariat, University of Michigan, Conference and Event Services at our email:conference.registrations@umich.edu. Cancellation requests cannot be made by phone.

Cancellation of registration will be accepted until May 15th, 2025, up to which date the total amount will be refunded except for a cancellation fee of $50.
We regret that no refunds or reductions of fees will be accepted for cancellations made after May 15th, 2025.

Change of delegate
 If you are not able to participate, you are welcome to give your spot to a colleague. Please contact the conference secretariat to do so.

Privacy policy
The University of Michigan, Conference, and Event Services is the CVB 2025 conference secretariat. We administer conferences and other events. In order to do this, we must collect and process personal data. The purpose of our privacy policy is to explain how we will use the data we collect when you register to CVB 2025, as well as give you information on your rights as a data subject.
